So Far, So Good

We had a little delay getting out of Unalaska - it was just 20 minutes to Civil Twilight when they would have cancelled the flight (as the airport is visual flight rules only) but they got a small window between snow squalls when they could see the end of the runway and we went for it. We met Anchorage family and friends at the Village Inn and now we're at the Anchorage airport waiting for our flight to Seattle, then Boise. Photo quality is poor as I shot it with the Photo Booth on the laptop, just to see if I could, blogging really is an anywhere, anytime thing in this day and age with the right tools. Cheers, I'm giving the laptop back to Goldfish, this was just a "Hey let me try something" experiment. . . . .

Oh wow! A VFR-only airport!

Looks like getting into and out of Dutch Harbor can potentially be pretty tricky.
