For my next cooking session out of The Pioneer Woman Cooks I tried the meatloaf and the twice baked potatoes recipes. You can tell by the way the meatloaf is blanketed in bacon that this is not a low calorie pairing . . . .
Hope. We all have it.

Hope gives us the capacity to find a methodology or strategy for making it
to a point where we want to end up. Having hopes and dreams gives us an
optimist...

I love that your oven looks so clean; what in the world did you do with the rest of the potatoes? Did Chico get any?
The potatoes do look yummy! I have never tried to make meatloaf but I remember mom's. So if you have to compare it to that, it would have to be something really special.
OMG! Look at the stove - I am so jealous. That's the kelly Ripa stove, right?
I wish I believed that a beautiful stove like that would make me a beautiful cook, lol -- the potatoes really look delicious. It just proves, I guess - that meatloaf, no matter who's recipe - is always just meatloaf. But what a cool project!
Nose kiss for Chico!
I am familiar with PWC...a friend of mine swears by this recipe: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/06/olive_cheese_br/ I think the olive bread and a nice soup would make an amazing meal!
Cheers! Keep the dinners coming!
Uh oh. At first glance those looked like CC cookies. That was the meatloaf, right?
