We had a fairly violent wind and rain storm come in Monday night and then by 3 PM today it was like it never happened. I'm posting happy pictures of birdies and boats I took today since Goldfish won't let me post pictures I took of the half eaten sea otter the eagles were feasting on yesterday!Sunday night was Book Club at Gigi's - her husband is the Executive Chef at the Grand, and he whipped up some amazing snacks for us, and the discussion was great. There is a little dark cloud on the horizon for Chico and I as Goldfish is heading to Anchorage on Friday for 10 days. Somehow Chico and I will have to fend for ourselves - maybe Rich can come over and cook once in awhile??

I'm sure you and Chico will do fine fending for yourselves! LOL! I was glad to see you and Goldfish got out and about the other night on (was it CD or CB's blog?) In any case, I hope spring has sprung for Unalaska. It has here, sadly, it's brought nothing but tornadoes, storms, and havoc thus far!

Great photos, as usual....that was some wild weather yesterday...the sunset was BEAUTIFUL (just posted a photo on my blog, but my pics don't do it justice)...you and Chico hang in there while Goldfish is gone and call me at the library if you need anything! ;)

I'm with Lauri (and Goldfish) Steve - ick! Don't post them, especially since I so love otters. You and Chico will do find with Goldfish away - she'll be back before you know it.
