What a Moon!

We got very brief glimpses of the biggest full moon of the year but the wind whipping the clouds kept me from getting a decent shot.  Along with the huge moon of course came some big tides, nearly emptying out the creek and allowing me to almost touch the bow of F/V Great Pacific while standing on the beach.  We finally have enough snow to start snowshoeing and are planning our first outing for mid-week.  Tonight while I worked out Goldfish took the Christmas tree down; a somber moment as we plan on being on vacations around the holidays for the next couple years.

We were very fortunate to see it here in FL. Very clear and super big! Almost as if you could reach out and touch it. The last four nights have been very bright with the moon shining in every window. Awesome pic Steve!

I love how you have color within the clouds. As always, an artist picture.

Got the package and calendar. How professional! WOW! Thanks bro and goldfish.

I think you achieved more than a "decent picture." I absolutely adore your photography!

That full moon was awesome in San Pedro, Belize, with it shining across the water''! I got a shot, but not even close to decent as it was so windy out on the water where I was.

I assure you any self-respecting werewolf would turn at the site of your moon!

Boy is THAT ever correct! The moon was HUGE while I was at the ocean; it was largest in the west around 6 am. It was absolutely STELLAR in size and brilliance!

Lazy me, I didn't take a shot of it until my final night.

I'll try to post it later.
