 These photo are for my fellow brothers and sisters back home with the Unalaska Fire Rescue - guys, they do things a little differently out on this island . . . .

They needed to back into the station, so a couple firemen hopped out of the truck and stopped traffic . . .

Ya gotta be tough to handle the conditions out here . . . . they probably add a pair of flip flops for the real formal functions . . . .
