Where Has The Week Gone?

These pictures are actually from 6 days ago, amazingly, and I think that was the last day it was sunny.  Not only has it been a bit dreary on the island lately, the week has gone by insanely quickly!  I had a visit form Susan Lynch at work a few days ago, dropping off a couple yoga mats as a "Pat on the Back Award" - I think she actually just wanted to eyeball my belly and make sure she is still ahead in the contest.

In the top photo, right after Goldfish took the photo, Chico started running out towards me.  It is a 600 foot drop to the rocks on either side, so I was trying to shoo Chico back without either of us falling off the little knife edge - pretty comical.

This evening after work was some good training up at the Public Safety building and we're all hoping for some nice weather for Memorial Day weekend!  Cheers and good night . . . .

Cool pic - but a little scary for Chico! Hope your weekend is a good one. We've been having (much needed) rain for the last 4 days and there's no end in sight, according to the weather report. So, I think we're in for a wet one and will have to slip outside inbetween the rain drops.

Oh you are way braver than I! Those knife edge outcroppings make me want to pee myself just looking at them.
Congrats on the pat on the back awards! I have really cool yoga dvd's if you and Goldfish want to try them out. Its Yoga Booty Ballet, so much fun!

Oh my goodness! I'd never go anywhere near that outcropping! I don't like heights!!! You're very brave.

My biggest pet peeve - men near edges! Now you've really pissed me off, and you should be happy I wasn't there to witness your folly!!!!

On the up side, you and Goldfish are looking mighty fine. Plus, the dreary is great for the greening up. It's like a massive greenhouse.

Okay, I've calmed down enough now. Love ya, Steve.

Hi Steve, great pics, as usual....I have had the pleasure of running into Goldfish up on Ballyhoo the last few days...Chico is as cute as can be, and Goldfish looks fabulous as usual.

Bren, come visit me again and I'll show you!

VBC, what a great comment - I do feel lucky, thank you!

Alena - Yoga Booty Ballet?? That's pretty hard to resist . . .

Mel, Sharon, Lauri, BZ, Gigi and Brian - the funny thing is, I look at the photo and am sad because 10 years ago I would have been doing a handstand on the very end tip - I'm getting old . . .

Thanks for all your great comments, love you guys, have a wonderful weekend!

Oh. my. gosh. You are crazy! I am glad you can't or won't do handstands out on the end of that thing any more. :) Don't be sad. It just means that you have gained some sanity in your old age. LOL
