Decisions, Decisions . . . . .

I took the evening off from working out to deal with some computer setup issues and relax a bit. It looks like some boats are switching out their pots - again - as the cold weather continues and the price of pot cod remains low.

LOTS of foxes on the dog walk tonight . . . when Chico spots them, he barks and tugs on the leash. The foxes? They sit down in the middle of the road and watch him make a fuss, secure in the knowledge, apparently, that I don't let him run loose in town.

It is my son Zack's birthday today and it sounds like he had a good one! The foxes along the river told me to tell you "hello" son, and they miss you!

  1. Happy Birthday Zack!

I hope your computer issues were solved quickly and that you and Chico will have lots of "Fox" time! I recall stopping on 1 in Maine to watch a fox family frolic. I don't know what it is about those little creatures that I find so enchanting. I do hope fox pictures will be posted soon. hint...hint.

  2. Those foxes in the islands do seem to have no fear of humans, and apparently not dogs either. :) I watched a family with kits in St. Paul, it was so fun.

    Happy birthday, Zack.

  5. This is a tough time for fox photos, I only see them in the evenings when i walking the dog and Chico has no patience for photographers trying to capture moving animals in low light conditions!
