I got up two nights ago to see a BEAUTIFUL red fox feeding on cat food, but couldn't get my camera in time. Too skittish. But an absolutely GORGEOUS and FLUFFY tail!

Sooner or later I'm gonna capture him and post him in the blog!

GREAT shots, Steve!!

BZBloviating Zeppelinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01359816456769157176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-863301631303294594.post-23120409958138847882010-05-20T08:42:10.975-08:002010-05-20T08:42:10.975-08:00If Foxy isn't "thumbing his nose" at...If Foxy isn't "thumbing his nose" at Chico, he's raiding the bird feeders! I wonder what is next? At least through his shenanigans, you are able to capture some great photos for us to enjoy!

I also got my postcard related to the St. Baldrick's event. I felt like a kid again when we used to get mail specifically addressed to us for a birthday or special event! Getting a personalized "slow mail" was definitely a treat. Thanks for taking the time to send it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-863301631303294594.post-19213443578748481262010-05-18T13:27:57.856-08:002010-05-18T13:27:57.856-08:00Too funny! And I remember you saying that you do ...Too funny! And I remember you saying that you do not feed the foxes. I guess that's where they get the saying "sly fox". Might have to move the feeder up higher huh?

p.s. I am having the same troubles ...That is hilarious! I am having the same troubles in Mississippi right now--finding my feeders empty and on the ground (from the tree) every morning. It may be a possum, or the squirrels, or the deer. I have them all. One critter has even figured out how to undo the catch on one feeder to lift the top, so I suspect squirrel or possum. I am pretty sure a deer cannot manage that!Suzassippihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05684211841308097391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-863301631303294594.post-2677206925987757272010-05-17T04:28:20.351-08:002010-05-17T04:28:20.351-08:00That looks like one well fed fox! That looks like one well fed fox!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18412272093074679551noreply@blogger.com
